由于打算更新虚拟化集群系统6.7u3至7.0，但无奈7.0网上并未寻找到有封装好的镜像，只能自己手动操作进行封装
官方建议使用vSphere ESXI Image Builder,但使用过于复杂，不过有第三方封装工具：ESXi-Customizer，github地址
